The Georgia Department of Transportation intends to widen and reconstruct State Route 11/US 19 and 129/Murphy Highway between Gumlog Road and Highway 515. Various intersection improvements will also be implemented at Pat Haralson Memorial Drive, Pat Colwell Road, and Gumlog Road. Work for this project will include the acquisition of new right of way and a variety of easements imposed on adjacent landowners through the eminent domain process.
